■ Product quality issues (damage, missing stones, fading within 7 days, wrong item sent, missing item): If unused, contact customer service to confirm if it's a product issue before returning or exchanging.(Return Notes for Product Issues and Return Requirements);
■ Non-product quality issues (product size): If the product has not been used and does not affect our second sale, you can contact customer service for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods (please note the exchange model, size, and color). Send the product back to our company with a note and provide the tracking number to customer service. Once we receive and confirm the product's integrity, we can arrange for a replacement shipment at your expense
