Return Policy
You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods (based on the logistics delivery time).
Applicable Conditions
The product must be kept in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. You need to provide the original order number and purchase proof. Customized products and discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Return Process

After receiving the return authorization code, send the product back to the designated address (shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer). We will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
Only exchanges for the same item are supported (subject to stock availability), or for higher-priced items (price difference must be paid).

Exceeding the 30-day timeframe. Items that have been used, damaged, or lack accessories. Products not sold on this website.
International Returns
International returns must bear customs duties and shipping costs. It is recommended to use a traceable logistics service.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If the product is damaged during transportation or has quality issues, please provide photographic evidence. We will resend the item for free or issue a full refund.
